It would have been a great stay if not for the painful self check in, internet issues and the elevator issues at check out. I’m still waiting for my deposit money back which I had been told would be refunded at check out. Being questioned about why I need internet when it’s one of the amenities included also had me puzzled. Internet being asked to look somewhere for a modem and the place they’re telling me to look clearly is not where the modem is also odd

Terry and I had a wonderful stay at The Hazelton Hotel this past Saturday night. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Our room was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true luxury retreat, with every detail thoughtfully considered. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food—everything we ordered was delicious and well-prepared. A highlight of my stay was the facial at the spa , which was relaxing and expertly done. It added an extra layer of indulgence to an already memorable experience. We would absolutely recommend The Hazelton Hotel to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely stunning view. Apartment was adequately equipped and maintained. Our room hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived but once I contacted the owner they organised a team who were there within the hour. The owner (or rather the agency working for the owner) was very good at keeping in touch.

It's a nice place to stay, very convenient.

The unit was clean, and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location was good. Many different restaurants within walking distance, including a supermarket Loblaws. Communication with the Global Stay team was efficient. We have enjoyed our stay.
